Because our herbal formulas are custom made based on your personal information, they cannot be resold to another client. As such, we are unfortunately unable to refund or exchange an herbal formula once an order has been placed.

An order may only be cancelled if the formula ordered has not been prepared already. As it is our goal to get your formula to you as soon as possible a very limited time generally elapses between the time you order and the time we prepare your formula. Call our toll free number, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop the order.

We will only deliver within the United States for the time being. We are working on expending our service area. In the meantime we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Insofar as information collected by the Organization may be covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), all such information is maintained as Confidential in strict conformity with HIPPA rules. If we offer products and services on any site, we log your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your order / profile. Our site also DOES use cookies to keep track of your session.

Our site uses a questionnaire form for users to voluntarily submit detailed, truthful information regarding their current health condition and history in order to receive the products and services offered. We will collect the users’ information under a private personal profile. Users can create profile with or without purchase. Contact information from the user personal profile is used to send orders to the user. The contact information is also used to get in touch / contact the user when necessary. Financial information that is collected, if any, is used to bill the user for products and services. Financial information (like their account or credit card numbers) is used for pre approval when the order is submitted and later charged accordingly when order is shipped. For your protection credit card account numbers are not kept and are disposed of immediately after billing each order.
